Where do you ship to?

We ship to all major metropolitan areas in Australian capital cities.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery for A4 Swatch and Sticker products is free for all metro orders.

Delivery for orders of Sample Pots incur a flat fee of $9.95. Order four or more sample pots in one transaction and receive free delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we only ship orders within Australia. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing and handling time for all orders can take up to 48 hours. Once processed, delivery time depends on where you are located and what you’ve ordered.

Sample Pot orders purchased for delivery within metro areas will take 2-3 business days to arrive. 

A4 Swatches & Stickers are sent via the Australia Post letter service. Calculate your estimated delivery time here and filter to “Letters” in order to get the most accurate delivery estimation of your order. 

For combined orders of Sample Pots and A4 Swatches or Stickers, your order will be delivered by Toll courier service. Calculate your estimated delivery time here in order to get the most accurate delivery estimation of your order. 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. 

Depending on what you’ve ordered, you can track your delivery in the following ways.

Sample Pot

Sample pot orders are sent via Toll courier service. Have a copy of your tracking number ready and follow the steps here to track your order.

A4 Swatches & Stickers

Calculate your estimated delivery time here and filter to “Letters” in order to get the most accurate delivery estimation of your order. 

Combined Orders

Combined orders are sent via Toll courier service. Have a copy of your tracking number ready and follow the steps here to track your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Collection Points, or Parcel Lockers?

We can only deliver to residential and business addresses. 

Returns

Can I return my product?

Accidentally ordered the wrong product? If you change your mind or are provided with the wrong supply, you are welcome to return the product.

To make an exchange or return, simply contact our friendly Help & Advice team on 13 25 25 with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, and contact details.

How long do I have to return my product?

30 days from purchase.

There’s something wrong with my order. What should I do?

Received the wrong product? Product damaged in transit? We’re here to help make it right. Simply contact our Help & Advice team on 13 25 25 for assistance.

What can I return?

Sample Pot

All sample pots from our Dulux colour range that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging can be returned.

A4 Paint Swatch

Any A4 Swatch that is unused and in their original condition and packaging can be returned. 

What are your return costs?

Return shipping to the nearest Dulux Trade Outlet (to be advised by our Help & Advice team) is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post. As the sender, you assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend that you insure your parcel. Dulux will not be responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
